What You Will Be Doing…
As an Engineering Intern, you will contribute to technical documentation and engineering workflows critical to our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the configuration control of engineering drawings in both SP and AVI systems to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Creating, revising, and processing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) across platforms.
- Assisting engineering teams with reviewing and updating drawings in compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating on current design and maintenance projects, contributing technical input and maintaining project documentation.
- Participating in team meetings and helping ensure engineering records are current and consistent.
- Adhering to safety protocols, quality standards, and internal documentation policies.
You will need to have:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and documentation management tools (e.g., Windchill or similar).
- Understanding of engineering mechanics, materials, and technical documentation standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organization, especially in managing engineering change processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Real-world experience with engineering change control processes and aerospace documentation.
