Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations and serve as a key point of contact for employees and visitors. The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication across the organization, supporting the full employee lifecycle, and contributing to a welcoming and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

  • Facilitate benefits administration and guide employees through enrollment process
  • Manage New Hire Onboarding tasks in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and greet candidates
  • Translate HR documents and communications as needed
  • Serve as employee contact for inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Process terminations in the HRIS database and associated websites and spreadsheets
  • Maintain truck allowance insurance documents and process badge requests for jobsites
  • Help with coordination of employee events and engagement initiatives
  • Prepare and maintain HR procedure manual, files, records, and reports
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries and assist in welcoming visitors onsite
  • Lead the delivery and coordination of New Hire Orientation sessions
  • Track and report on key HR metrics and trends in partnership with HR Director
  • Assist HR Director and Supervisors with minor employee relations concerns

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required (verbal and written)
  • 2-3 years working knowledge and experience with HR processes and legalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to proactively engage with employees and management to promote company culture and values
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with ability to assess situations, solve problems, and make sound decisions. Maintains confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Demonstrates process improvement mindset, strong organizational skills and detail orientation. Proficient with technology including Microsoft Office and AI
  • An interest in developing and learning the HR Profession
