Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales of industrial valves, actuators, and engineered flow solutions for upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with EPCs, end users, OEMs, and distributors.
- Work closely with internal technical, operations, and procurement teams to develop value-based proposals.
- Deliver on sales targets, margin goals, and account growth objectives.
- Provide product selection support and specification interpretation based on project requirements.
- Lead technical presentations and customer training sessions as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage customer quotations, contracts, and commercial documentation.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends
- 10+ years of proven industrial sales experience in valves, actuators, or engineered flow control products.
- Strong knowledge of industrial valve types (ball, gate, globe, check, butterfly), automation, actuation, and control systems.
- Existing customer network in the Gulf Coast Oil & Gas market is a strong advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be able to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with technical and operational teams.
- Proficiency with basic business tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), CRM platforms, quoting systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
