This is a full time in person job in Staten Island, New York!

Your Job And What You'll Lead

You'll be based in Staten Island, NYC, and report right to the Founder and CEO. You will run our very important warehouse operations. This job is key to our online store success, and as an early team member, your leadership will shape how we operate and scale. You'll manage getting thousands of orders out to customers every day, lead a growing team, and be in charge of the warehouse budget and results. You'll make a big difference in how well we work and how big we can grow, with lots of room for your own growth and impact.

How You'll Make a Difference

• Run all daily warehouse work – receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping thousands of orders, building processes for scale
• Lead, train, and schedule the warehouse team, which will start with several people and quickly grow to a few dozen under your guidance
• Set up smart ways of working and clear steps to get things done right and fast, and track how well we're doing
• Manage the warehouse budget, control costs, and make sure we're hitting our goals with significant responsibility
• Keep making our warehouse work better, find ways to save money, and keep it safe and organized, with your ideas making a real impact
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Experience leading a busy warehouse or fulfillment center, especially for online stores
• Good at managing and growing a team, and experience with budgets and getting good results
• Proven ability to handle thousands of orders a day and help the warehouse grow quickly
• Great at organizing, solving problems, and setting up good systems in a fast-moving startup where you can make your mark
• A hands-on leader who works well with others and cares about safety and quality
