What You Will Be Doing
- Pioneer the integration of AI systems to revolutionize daily campus operations
- Architect and evolve our scalable franchise blueprint using state-of-the-art AI tools
- Lead the end-to-end process of bringing new campuses to life, from initial planning to final certification
- Managing or providing direct supervision to teaching staff
- Handling day-to-day student or parent interactions
- Developing or designing educational content and teaching methodologies
- Design and execute a comprehensive AI-powered operational ecosystem that leverages predictive analytics and real-time monitoring capabilities to ensure optimal efficiency, seamless scalability, and unwavering consistency across our growing network of educational facilities
- Current residence in North America
- Minimum 5-year track record in operational leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in implementing and managing AI and automation solutions
- Flexibility to travel within the US (10-40% of time) to support new campus launches
