What You Will Be Doing
- Organizing both virtual and physical events to introduce Novatio to potential families throughout Arizona.
- Guiding parents personally from initial interest through to enrollment.
- Acting as the main point of contact for enrolled families, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Fostering long-term relationships with community partners and local influencers to enhance trust and awareness.
- Championing Novatio’s innovative, family-focused, AI-powered educational model.
- Handling academic operations or managing teaching staff.
- Following scripts or engaging in cold calls; this role is about building genuine relationships.
- Remaining behind a screen all day; expect an active and outward-facing role.
- Promoting conventional educational narratives; Novatio is proudly unique, and so are you.

Basic Requirements
- Residing in Arizona with the capacity to travel statewide for events with families and communities.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without needing visa sponsorship.
- A minimum of 3 years in educational leadership, inclusive of team management and operational oversight roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading family engagement, enrollment growth, or community partnership efforts.
- Proficiency in using virtual learning tools, data systems, and digital communication platforms.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to diverse family and stakeholder groups.
- Endorsement of Novatio’s 2 Hour Learning model, AI-driven teaching, and family-first principles.
- Fluency in Spanish or cultural competency with Arizona's Latino-Hispanic communities.
- Background in charter, online, or alternative school environments.
- Experience as a founding school leader or in rapidly growing educational settings.
