Pacific Coast Fresh Company has been a leader in the Pacific Northwest food scene since 1977. What started (and continues!) as a family-run produce operation is now one of the region’s top independent food distributors, delivering everything from farm-fresh produce to dairy, proteins and specialty goods.
Our success is built on relationships — with our customers, our community, and our employees. As our business grows across the Northwest and into Canada, our commitment remains the same: deliver high-quality products safely, efficiently, and with care. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on leader to help us keep that promise.
As Outbound Supervisor, you’ll help to lead and support our warehouse team, ensuring that orders are picked, loaded, and shipped with accuracy and urgency. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment where teamwork matters and every case counts. From guiding daily operations to supporting second deliveries and collaborating with different departments, this role plays a vital role in our company’s success. Must be flexible for weekend shifts and swing shift hours, as well as possess a positive and team-oriented approach to time sensitive situations.
What You’ll Do
At Pacific Coast Fresh Company, we offer the chance to be part of something bigger where your leadership will help drive excellence. You’ll join a team where every role matters, every voice is heard, and every shift brings new challenges and opportunities.
We offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with profit sharing, and paid time off to support your life beyond work. We also offer a generous produce discount program to help our employees enjoy the same high-quality products we’re proud to deliver.
Ready to take the next step? If you’re someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in leading a team, and is ready to grow in a dynamic logistics environment — we want to hear from you. Apply now and come grow with us!
