About The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Primary Care Physician to join our established and growing pediatric practice in Brandon, Florida. We specialize in routine pediatric services such as well-child visits, immunizations, and sports physicals, all delivered with a personalized touch.
Our mission is to create a welcoming, family-centered environment that delivers prompt and high-quality care tailored to each child’s individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Base Salary: $215,000–$230,000 (commensurate with experience and board certification)
- Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $10,000
- Patient Volume: 25–30 patients per day
- Support Team Includes: Front Desk, Scheduler, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), and one additional MD (2x/week)
- Board Certified
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- National Institutes of Health (NIH)
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
- Active unencumbered physician Florida state license
- Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
- One year of work experience as a Pediatrician
- One year of EMR experience
- Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
- Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
- Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
- Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
- A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
- Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
