We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects in Davie, Florida. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing ground-up and renovation healthcare builds, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Description

  • Oversee daily site operations for healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with AHCA and local regulations

  • Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and inspectors to maintain project schedules and quality standards

  • Enforce and promote a strong safety culture through daily meetings and proactive issue resolution

  • Coordinate directly with the Project Manager, architects, and owners to address project needs and resolve conflicts

  • Maintain accurate field reports, inspections, and progress documentation

  • Ensure all work is executed according to plans, specs, and industry standards

Profile

  • 5+ years of superintendent experience, with a proven track record on healthcare-related construction projects

  • Deep knowledge of AHCA guidelines, healthcare building codes, and infection control measures

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades on active job sites

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications

  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred; any relevant healthcare construction training is a plus

Job Offer
