Description
Oversee daily site operations for healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with AHCA and local regulations
Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and inspectors to maintain project schedules and quality standards
Enforce and promote a strong safety culture through daily meetings and proactive issue resolution
Coordinate directly with the Project Manager, architects, and owners to address project needs and resolve conflicts
Maintain accurate field reports, inspections, and progress documentation
Ensure all work is executed according to plans, specs, and industry standards
Profile
5+ years of superintendent experience, with a proven track record on healthcare-related construction projects
Deep knowledge of AHCA guidelines, healthcare building codes, and infection control measures
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades on active job sites
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications
OSHA 30 certification is preferred; any relevant healthcare construction training is a plus
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience
