Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of an established studio with professionalism and discretion
- Build strong relationships with staff, members, and the local community
- Analyze team performance, studio workflows, and member engagement
- Motivate and manage a team to achieve membership and retention goals
- Manage outreach and local partnerships to drive brand awareness
- Handle inbound and outbound communications, including follow-ups and sales conversations
- Ensure operational excellence in cleanliness, scheduling, reporting, and inventory
- Partner with ownership to track KPIs and contribute to overall business success
- Represent the brand with integrity during a confidential transition period
- 2+ years of management experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail
- Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership
- Strong people skills and ability to earn trust quickly in existing teams
- Experience handling leadership changes or transitions professionally
- Comfortable working independently and being highly accountable
- Local market knowledge of Middlesex County is a plus
- Available full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Base Salary: $50,000 per year
- Commission + Bonus: Performance-based earnings available monthly and quarterly
