Engineering Labs or datacenter experience in a supervisory role. Proven experience managing technical teams in lab or engineering settings. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Familiarity with compliance, safety training, and reporting structures. Excellent verbal and writing skills in a corporate environment. Proven training and mentorship skills.
- Maintain daily operational continuity and manage fluctuations in crew size.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and deployment of all Amaara Networks Inc. staff.
- Act as the main liaison between Amaara Networks Inc. and NVIDIA management.
- Submit daily performance and staffing reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Act as direct escalation point for any onsite work being performed.
- Ensures professionalism standards are met across the team.
