The SVP, Head of Product Management will lead the strategic direction and oversight of our entire consumer financial services product portfolio. This role is pivotal in managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to execution ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
We are seeking a visionary leader with deep insight into the fintech landscape, capable of identifying opportunities to leverage emerging trends or build competitive solutions in-house. You will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to position the company as a leader in financial services.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers.
- Develop and execute innovative product strategies that fuel growth and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership to shape the product agenda and influence strategic decisions.
- Champion innovation and bring forward-thinking ideas to the table to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and manage the product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- Vision and Roadmap: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring it meets market trends and customer needs.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
- Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product offerings.
- Stakeholder Management: Present product strategies and business cases to senior management and stakeholders.
- Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the product management team.
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to think creatively and drive innovation.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
