The SVP, Head of Product Management will lead the strategic direction and oversight of our entire consumer financial services product portfolio. This role is pivotal in managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to execution ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
We are seeking a visionary leader with deep insight into the fintech landscape, capable of identifying opportunities to leverage emerging trends or build competitive solutions in-house. You will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to position the company as a leader in financial services.

- Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.

- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to think creatively and drive innovation.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
