accomplish as an HR Intern at TAPCO: We are seeking a detail-oriented
and analytical FP&A Intern to join our Finance team within a dynamic
manufacturing environment. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity
to gain valuable experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial
reporting. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making by
assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial data, while
developing a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and cost
structures. Responsibilities: Assist in the development and maintenance
of financial models, forecasts, and budgets. Support monthly, quarterly,
and annual financial reporting processes. Analyze key performance
indicators (KPIs), production costs, and variances to identify trends
and areas for improvement. Partner with operations and accounting teams
to collect and validate data. Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis
to support strategic projects and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Finance,
Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. Excellent
communication and organizational skills. Interest in manufacturing
