The Role

The Senior Technical Services & Commercialization Manager leads the rollout of new products and packaging from concept to launch. They are the central connector between corporate PMO, R&D, Operations, QA, and the newly established Commercialization function. The Senior Technical Services & Commercialization Manager will lead trials on the plant floor, resolve shipping and distribution challenges in the warehouse, and collaborate with Sales and Leadership to turn incorporating plant level knowledge into end-to-end commercialization strategies from concept to shelf.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Lead technical scale-up of new products and packaging formats across multiple sites;
  • Translate Business (Marketing / Sales, Innovation) desires into plant-ready specs, SOPs, and launch kits;
  • Coordinate all trial activity with R&D, QA, Ops, and Supply Chain; own executional readiness;
  • Be the point of contact for wholesale requirements—from technical documentation to case pack, pallet specs, and shipping standards;
  • Support Sales and PMO with feasibility inputs, readiness timelines, and risk management;
  • Standardize commercialization workflows and own the handoff between teams; and
  • Troubleshoot packaging challenges, speak the language and become the “business translator” between corporate / sales / marketing / innovation & manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years in commercialization, process development, or technical project leadership in a CPG food & beverage company.
  • Deep familiarity with technical specs, QA protocols, and operational constraints.
  • Understands the full path of a product from concept to shelf.
  • Highly organized, thrives on detail, but understands & expands on the bigger picture – what’s new in the next phase of growth.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management across all levels — comfortable communicating on the plant floor and presenting to executive leadership.
  • Ability to travel monthly to Pressed Juicery’s Support Center in Culver City, CA.
  • Ability to travel as needed to plants, co-packers, and partners (currently, primarily throughout the Central Valley & So-Cal Areas.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
