What You'll Do
Leadership & Strategy:
- Inspire and lead our talented team by modeling our core values.
- Develop innovative strategies to keep us ahead of trends and risks.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on talent needs and succession planning.
- Coach and optimize staff performance.
- Manage processes to boost operational efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee labor union relations and ensure compliance.
- Analyze compensation trends to attract top talent.
- Provide HR expertise to support strategic plans.
- Maintain confidentiality and facilitate employee relations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on hiring, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- PHR certification or related required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong presentation skills and project management abilities.
- Attention to detail and professional image.
- Ability to travel in and out of state as needed.
- Knowledge of financial services compliance and regulations.
