Nexmos Design is seeking a **Marketing Administrative Assistant** to support our marketing team in organizing campaigns, coordinating internal communication, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in keeping the department efficient, organized, and aligned with company goals.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and presentations
  • Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate schedules
  • Prepare reports and maintain databases of client and campaign data
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and communication among internal teams
  • Assist with tracking marketing performance metrics and campaign progress
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for marketing assets

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 1–2 years of administrative or marketing support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude
