Essential Functions
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Accounting preferred. Minimum of five years of experience in an accounting position. Combination of education and experience will be considered. NetSuite and Federal Grant experience desirable.

Assists the Controller in the accounting functions of the Biomedical Research Foundation.
Essential Functions
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Processes 1099s.
- Monitors daily cash balance, prepares wire transfers and maintains wire transfer templates.
- Gathers information and prepares all schedules for workers compensation audit.
- Enters ACH deposits and withdrawals from the daily bank detail.
- Administers fixed assets in accounting system.
- Gathers information and completes all US Census Survey Reports.
- Prepares journal entries including certain designated month-end entries.
- Supplies information/reports for tax forms 990, 5500, 1065, and sales tax reports.
- Assists in budget process.
- Prepares monthly reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts and provides supplementary reports for monthly financials.
- Prepares reports for annual audit.
- Prepares annual accrual and allocation schedules.
- Imports bi-weekly payroll data into accounting software.
- Pulls data and prepares custom reports for Executive Directors and managers.
- Prepares billing for contracts and grants.
- Serves as back up for payroll and A/P for Operations account.
