  • Job Overview:

The Clinical Trainer plays a crucial role in the organization, serving as a key point of contact for new hires and existing staff. This position is responsible for delivering training materials for entry-level clinical positions and providing ongoing support to staff in the field. The primary objective is to ensure that employees are well-prepared to meet job requirements and excel in their roles.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Training and training for existing Behavior Genius employees as requested.

Conduct field visits with new hire Behavior Technicians post-training and quarterly visits for all clients.

Manage interdepartmental communication related to New Hire Training.

Maintain excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Interact professionally with newly hired employees and other Behavior Genius staff members.

Serve as the direct supervisor for newly hired Clinical employees until their transition to the field.

Implement ongoing training content for Behavior Technicians, Clinical Supervisors, Clinical Assessors, and other assigned content.

Provide on-call case coverage for Behavior Technicians and Clinical Supervisors as needed.

Maintain a supervision caseload of up to 100 billable hours per month.

Uphold the company's mission and vision within the community.

Ensure quality service by enforcing organizational standards and leading by example.

Provide fair, constructive, and timely feedback on performance and behavioral goals.

Offer assistance, guidance, and coaching support as needed.

Perform other clinical/clinical training duties as assigned.

Travel And Availability Requirements:

Willingness to travel to multiple Behavior Genius locations for New Hire Training, field training, and case coverage as needed.

Availability for evening hours on weekdays.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of ABA supervision experience.

Previous Experience Training Others In Applied Behavior Analysis.

Experience conducting trainings and presenting to groups of employees.

Proven ability to present information effectively in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings.

Education Requirements:

At least 12 units toward a Master's Degree in ABA or a related field.

Required Skills:

Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills.

Excellent data recording, analysis, and report writing skills.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Self-disciplined with excellent time management skills, ensuring reliability and punctuality for client coverage appointments, field visits, and new hire training.

Ability to collaborate effectively with professionals both within and outside the field.

Passion for developing and leading others.

Proficient in Google Office Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain in a stationary position for approximately 50% of the time.

Ability to move about the office occasionally (accessing files/storage, office equipment, computers, attending meetings, etc.).
