Position Description
The Idaho State Public Defender (SPD) is looking for attorneys to provide zealous holistic representation for indigent clients in criminal, delinquency, and child protection cases across the state. The SPD has employment opportunities for new and experienced trial attorneys in the Boise, Pocatello, Sandpoint, Idaho Falls, Burley, Gooding, Coeur d’Alene, Burley, Mountain Home, Jerome, and Twin Falls areas.
