Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the North Bay Business Journal, is seeking a Loan Servicing Associate II to join our Credit Risk Management team located on-site at either our corporate office in Novato, California or our other office in Rancho Cordova, California.

In this role, you will ensure that loans are repaid in accordance with terms prescribed in borrower’s notes but also advises financial institution on approved loans that extend beyond review limits.

Additionally,

  • Reviews, rates and advises financial institution on approved loans when total assets extend beyond
  • review limits, with emphasis on all factors of consumer loans, commercial credit and domestic
  • commercial credit.
  • Notifies borrowers of overdue or irregular payment. Attempt to bring loan current.
  • Analyzes applicant’s financial status and loan payment ability.
  • Requests and reviews additional information on customer’s net worth and earnings history as needed.
  • Orders appraisals of property, inventory and other assets.

Professional / Educational Experience

  • Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training.
  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of experience and/or training.

The hourly pay range for this position is $23.74 to $33.72. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
