Primary Responsibilities

• Positions in this function are responsible for management of one or all of the Training functions of Design, Delivery and Delivery - Operational
• Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors
• Coaching and Mentoring
• New client content builds
• Leading project initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design
• 2+ years in a people leader role supporting an instructional design function or related operational function
• Advanced Project Management experience
• Advanced MS Office experience including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• SharePoint experience including utilization, site creation, workflow creation and site maintenance
• Visio experience (or like process mapping software)
• Experience in effective communications (verbal and written) and presentation skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of management levels within the organization including executive leadership
• Demonstrated solid analytical and negotiation skills with a proven track record for innovative successful outcomes
• Demonstrated excellent concepting and graphic design skills
• Demonstrated solid understanding of user-centered design and usability to deliver intuitive graphics and online learning for adult learners
• Expert at preparing scripts and developing storyboards
• Proven solid prioritization and time management skills to balance multiple demands
• Demonstrated ability to grasp new concepts quickly, an extreme attention to detail, solid communication skills

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
