Trinity Life Sciences is looking for a talented, committed, and energetic individual to join our Analytics team as an Associate Consultant to support our growing Data Strategy & Analytics function. This position will work side-by-side with other consultants and data scientists. Opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of strategic business issues, as well as the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry, ranging from small biotech’s to large pharma. Further, the AC will gain exposure to many of the leading patient-level data sources in the industry as well as innovative technology and AI tools.

Qualifications
Essential Functions:
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, engineering, economics or life sciences disciplines at a top-tier university.
Work experience: 1+ years of experience in consulting or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry or healthcare

Qualifications
Essential Functions:
- Conduct secondary research using internal and online healthcare databases and materials to inform analyses e.g. epidemiology estimates, patient landscape etc.
- Design, develop and utilize analytic tools (e.g., excel models) to support key client decision-making
- Coordinate with internal analytics team members to validate data findings
- Interpret, analyze, and synthesize data and research, and present findings to project teams and clients
- Support presentation creation and analysis development in collaboration with project teams for client deliverables
- Support strategic and operational initiatives as assigned
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, engineering, economics or life sciences disciplines at a top-tier university.
Work experience: 1+ years of experience in consulting or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry or healthcare
Other Skills:
- Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Have strong technical ability in data analysis of billions of records of data
- Self-motivated, willing to take initiative, and appropriately independent
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Quantitative and analytical skills are nice to have including SQL, R, Python skills
- Strong problem solving and logical thinking skill
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with healthcare data (eg. claims) is a bonus
