Position Summary
As part of Talent Acquisition, the Candidate Support Agent is responsible for assisting any prospective employee who calls into the organization looking for assistance in contacting a specific recruiter or hiring manager. This employee fields all inbound calls, e-mails, and general solicitor requests and inquiries, and directs them to the appropriate recipient within the organization

- Fields all inbound calls and e-mails and directs them to the appropriate recipients.
- Participates in ongoing training within the department.
- Assists in the training of new Power employees.
- Must be able to sit at a desk and speak on the phone for eight hours per day.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
The Candidate Support Agent must have a vast knowledge of company sales initiatives andobjectives. This employee must be a skilled, organized, and resourceful individual with an innatecattention to detail and leadership skills. Must be able to work in a professional office setting.
Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or relevant work experience.
- Must have prior Contact Center experience.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday and the flexibility to work weekends.
- An articulate and professional demeanor.
- One year of professional customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly ambitious with a competitive nature.
- Highly self-motivated and disciplined.
