The Role

Large enterprise partners trust Remi to execute flawlessly on thousands of roofing projects. As Manager of Enterprise Success, you’ll be their day-to-day champion—answering questions, triaging issues, and surfacing insights that help both sides win. You’ll scale a small but mighty team that protects and grows our most strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own the health of Remi’s enterprise accounts, starting with Sunrun and expanding to insurance carriers and other partnerships
  • Lead a team that manages daily partner communications
  • Respond to inquiries rapidly, mobilizing internal teams to resolve blockers fast
  • Develop escalation pathways and prioritization frameworks so partner needs never fall through the cracks
  • Create feedback loops with Product and Ops to translate partner pain points into roadmap items and process improvements

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in account management or customer success
  • Executive-level communication skills
  • Track record of improving customer sentiment and developing key partner relationships
  • Comfortable juggling multiple high-priority threads without dropping the ball

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in solar, roofing, construction, or insurance ecosystems
  • Familiarity with SLAs, SOWs, and contractual obligations in enterprise partnerships
