What Will You Do?
The Director of RLC is responsible for leading and managing Wesco’s Toro RLC dealer channel to drive market share, revenue growth, and overall business performance. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management to support existing dealer partners and acquire new ones. The Director of RLC will collaborate across departments and act as a liaison between Wesco, Toro, and its dealer network to ensure superior customer experience and sustained business success.

Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve annual sales targets for the RLC business including whole goods, attachments, and parts across assigned territory for each month and fiscal year.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive dealer growth and increase brand penetration.
- Lead the planning and execution of sales and retail, product launch, and seasonal booking programs.
- Collaborate with Territory managers to identify market opportunities and support the acquisition, onboarding, and development of new dealers.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales, dealer channel development, and support teams.
- Provide direction and performance feedback to sales and inside support teams.
- Implement leadership development plans to support future leadership development, employee engagement, growth and team effectiveness.
- Lead Territory Managers with development of training programs, partnering with dealers to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and business operations.
- Develop and manage short- and long-term business plans for the RLC dealer business.
- Define and implement business and territory specific strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business objectives, dealer needs, and Toro RLC programs.
- Provide business performance updates and insights using dashboards and key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with dealer principals and key stakeholders to achieve 9.0+ CSI scores.
- Serve as the point of contact for dealer inquiries, issue resolution, order management, and credit.
- Act as a liaison with vendors and associations to enhance dealer channel support and development.
- Develop and deliver clear communication strategies using Salesforce and other digital platforms.
- Manage and track demo equipment fleet and territory expenses.
- Monitor travel and entertainment budgets, reviewing monthly against forecasts and performance.
- Ensure effective use of company resources to maximize ROI.
- Utilize technology to track team and dealer performance, pipeline opportunities, and overall communication.
- Leverage Power BI to analyze market trends, business performance, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Submit timely activity reports and participate in regular sales meetings and planning sessions.

What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, a candidate should meet the following minimal requirements:
- 4-year Business degree, 3+ years field sales management, and industry experience are preferred.
- Individual must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage workload and excel at prioritizing and organizing tasks.
- Must be able to work effectively in high pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Displays the ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations.
