- Full time, outpatient position in community clinic settings that are PCMH recognized
- Broad Spectrum care for vulnerable and underserved communities of all ages
- Team-based approach with support from a Care Coordination Team
- Customized NextGen EHR
- Light at home call- calls initially screened by RN team
- California license
- DEA license
- BLS certification
- Board Certified/Eligible (for recent graduates) in Family Medicine
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
