About the Role

We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager who sees the big picture but isn’t afraid to dive into the operational details. In our fast-paced tech environment, this role is critical to scaling our people operations with precision, empathy, and a relentless drive for excellence. You’ll be a key partner in shaping a culture where innovation thrives, people grow, and the company wins—because we believe taking care of people is how we take care of business. As the frontline role of HR, this position serves as the primary point of contact for both employees and managers, fostering connections and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Operationalize HR strategies with business goals to support rapid growth and innovation.
  • Identify and implement scalable people practices that challenge the status quo.
  • Stay on top of industry trends to ensure HR initiatives remain cutting-edge and effective.
  • Partner with leadership to drive culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Operational Execution

  • Own and optimize core HR functions including onboarding, compensation & benefits, compliance, performance management, training & development and employee relations.
  • Ensure HR policies, documents, and processes are executed with precision—dotting every “i” and crossing every “t.”
  • Maintain HR systems and data integrity with a high degree of accuracy.

People Development & Support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, meeting people where they are with patience and clarity.
  • Coach employees and leaders to unlock their potential and navigate challenges.
  • Lead with empathy while holding a high bar for performance and accountability.

Culture & Compliance

  • Foster a culture of transparency, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Lead by example in promoting a values-driven workplace.

What You Bring

  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach—you’re as comfortable in a boardroom as you are in an onboarding checklist.
  • A deeply curious mind that seeks to understand challenges, uncover opportunities, and drive innovation.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, organization skills and a passion for getting things right.
  • Courage to challenge norms and advocate for what’s best for the company and its people.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and inspire.
  • A balance of patience and assertiveness—able to support and push when needed.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with grit and perseverance – A self-starter who thrives on tackling challenges head-on and refuses to give up until the best outcomes are achieved.
