What You’ll Do

Understand Hiring Needs

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, skill sets, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies tailored to each position.
  
  

Source Candidates

• Utilize diverse sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases, attend Job fairs
• Engage passive candidates through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
  
  

Screen Applicants

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Match candidates with Culture Index results to ensure alignment with team dynamics and role expectations.
  
  

Coordinate Interviews

• Schedule and manage the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide timely feedback to both candidates and internal teams.
  
  

Manage the Hiring Process

• Assist PEO with coordination between employee and onboarding process
• Support offer negotiation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Assist People department in new hire program set ups
  
  

Maintain Talent Pipelines

• Build and nurture a network of strong potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Track applicant data and recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
  
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting and HR preferred
• Must be bilingual
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
• Ability to travel to all locations if necessary for hiring events
