What You’ll Do
Understand Hiring Needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, skill sets, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies tailored to each position.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases, attend Job fairs
- Engage passive candidates through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Match candidates with Culture Index results to ensure alignment with team dynamics and role expectations.
- Schedule and manage the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide timely feedback to both candidates and internal teams.
- Assist PEO with coordination between employee and onboarding process
- Support offer negotiation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Assist People department in new hire program set ups
- Build and nurture a network of strong potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Track applicant data and recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting and HR preferred
- Must be bilingual
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
- Ability to travel to all locations if necessary for hiring events
