Summary:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. — 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote

The Quality Data Analyst is responsible for extracting, compiling, organizing and managing large and varied sets of healthcare data, analyzing/interpreting data to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and insights, and communicating their findings through use of data visualization and detailed reports.

Description

• Designs, develops and validates quality data reports that inform and support data-driven decision making
• Generates reports and extracts from internal or external databases/systems using SQL, SSRS, PowerBI, etc.
• Converts raw data into usable information
• Effectively cleans, analyzes, and interprets complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, or other meaningful insights for consumers
• Confers/collaborates effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding of data requests, including definitions, desired use, required elements, timelines and other general expectations
• Assists in the development of quality/safety scorecards, dashboards, or reports, utilizing real time and/or historical data to evaluate/demonstrate performance over time
• Engages in the design, development, production, and maintenance of internal systems and databases
• Evaluates data and reports for accuracy and validity
• Other duties as assigned
