Transport Coordinator** to ensure the safe and efficient transport of

patients requiring non-emergency medical transportation.

**What You\'ll Do:**

• Coordinate and communicate effectively non-emergency transport
  
  

logistics with patients, families, and medical teams.

• Provide**Illinois Patient Transport (IPT)** attendant coverage for
  
  

patients needing a second provider, ensuring safety and comfort

during transportation.

• Step in to complete patient transports during peak demand to
  
  

maintain quality care and timely service.

• Maintain accurate transportation records and activities, including
  
  

patient information, while ensuringregulatory compliance.

• Support transport operations by monitoring service delivery and
  
  

recommending improvements.

• Train and support transport staff, promoting safety standards,
  
  

professionalism, and excellence.

• Assist in the development and implementation of transport protocols
  
  

and procedures to enhance service delivery.
