We’re a diverse team with backgrounds in technology and entrepreneurship and we’re growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We’re actively seeking a Program Associate who is an operational powerhouse, organized, and can manage multiple projects at one time.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Program Support:
Help organize and manage events such as our signature Summit Event, pitch days, and networking sessions. This includes managing registrations, setting up venues, and ensuring smooth event operations.
Marketing & Community Building:
Actively engage with the startup community, including founders, mentors, and industry partners. Foster positive relationships and gather feedback to enhance the program.

- Assist in the coordination and execution of accelerator programs, workshops, and events in close partnership with our corporate partners. Ensure all logistical details are handled effectively, including scheduling, communications, and materials preparation.
- Provide support to participating startups by addressing their needs, facilitating access to resources, and connecting them with relevant mentors and industry experts.
- Maintain program databases, prepare reports, and manage program documentation.
Help organize and manage events such as our signature Summit Event, pitch days, and networking sessions. This includes managing registrations, setting up venues, and ensuring smooth event operations.
Marketing & Community Building:
Actively engage with the startup community, including founders, mentors, and industry partners. Foster positive relationships and gather feedback to enhance the program.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or Human Resources.
- Project management and process improvement experience are beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated accountability, self-awareness, a strong work ethic, and reliability.
- Passion for and understanding of entrepreneurial communities.
- Bilingual skills are highly preferred.
