Overview:

PK Industrial Solution is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in the valve, pipe, and fittings industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building customer relationships while ensuring accuracy in quotes and orders. You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and the outside sales team with technical and commercial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the internal point of contact for customers, managing inquiries related to valves, pipe, fittings, and other industrial products
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and technical submittals
  • Enter and manage customer orders, ensuring proper pricing, availability, terms, and lead times
  • Work closely with vendors to source materials, confirm delivery timelines, and negotiate terms when needed
  • Support outside sales representatives by generating quotes, tracking leads, and providing background research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication and service
  • Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, order status updates, and communication logs
  • Assist in resolving order discrepancies, returns, or quality concerns professionally and promptly
  • Participate in product and sales training to improve technical knowledge


Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in an industrial, distribution, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience managing quotes, purchase orders, and customer interactions
