Job Overview

Sean D Gardella & Associates LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Selections Coordination Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll manage the preparation and execution of all selections-based construction tasks for our residential remodeling and custom home projects. From coordinating with vendors to preparing detailed client documentation, your work ensures each home reflects the client's unique vision—on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Selections Process including weekly updates to the Selections Progress Summary (SPS) and posting updates to SharePoint
  • Utilize BuildTools to prepare client sign-offs and issue digital approval documents
  • Coordinate with external designers to develop Selections Criteria and ensure timely submission
  • Provide weekly updates to clients and designers with category-specific status summaries
  • Review vendor Request for Proposals (RFPs) and coordinate approval packages with the Construction Manager
  • Schedule and conduct vendor coordination meetings post-PO issuance
  • Oversee quality and progress of selections-based construction tasks
  • Communicate site schedules and activities to the Construction Manager for job board updates
  • Ensure timely task completion based on SDGA team meeting schedules
  • Support insurance compliance management alongside the Accounting Manager and Construction Manager

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in construction project coordination or custom home building
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of BuildTools or BuilderTrend
  • Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills
  • Experience with high-end residential design and construction materials
  • Ability to read blueprints and navigate construction documentation
  • Skilled in vendor coordination, scheduling, and RFP review
