Description

We are searching for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in our Caldwell Clinic, available for up to $1,500 hiring/retention bonus.

Purpose

The Nurse shall be accountable for 1) providing outstanding care for all Full Circle Health patients, 2) supporting their colleagues and other licensed medical staff in the provision of care and 3) ensuring accurate and complete documentation with the patient’s medical record.

Schedule

This schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm can be 32 hours a week instead of 40

Qualifications

Education

  • A.D.N. or B.S.N. from accredited College of Nursing.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse

Experience

  • Previous outpatient clinical nursing experience preferred, other relevant clinical patient care experience may be considered.

Licensure / Certification

  • Valid license to practice as a Nurse in the state of Idaho, and current BLS certification.

Credentialing

  • Meets established Credentials Committee requirements for Nurse scope of practice including fully credentialed, licensed and privileged as well as the ability to pass a background check.
