Innovenn, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our growth in the life sciences consulting space. If you're passionate about innovation, strategy, and making a real impact in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, and SaMD—this is your moment!

What You'll Do

• Drive Growth: Lead sales strategies and close high-value consulting deals in life sciences.
• Lead Campaigns: Create compelling marketing strategies and digital content that position us as industry thought leaders.
• Build Relationships: Engage with key decision-makers in pharma, biotech, and healthcare.
• Analyze & Adapt: Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
• Inspire Teams: Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of sales/marketing experience in life sciences or consulting.
• Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with B2B services, strategic account management, and digital marketing
