We are currently seeking a **Client Service Associate** to join our growing team in Santa Ana, CA. This role is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of handling inquiries and client needs with a professional and positive attitude. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring our clients receive high-quality support and service throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service through timely and effective communication
• Manage and resolve client inquiries, issues, and concerns via phone, email, or in person
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
• Support onboarding processes for new clients and assist with follow-ups
• Identify and escalate issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution
• Continuously look for ways to improve service processes and customer experience
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client relations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
