Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with basic IT knowledge who are eager to develop their skills and advance their careers in the IT field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Document and track support requests using our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
