The Metrics and Reporting Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and publishing operational reports to support decision-making. This role involves collecting relevant reports, analyzing raw data, and providing recommendations based on findings. The specialist must create executive-ready reports, ensure data accuracy, and communicate insights to managers and clients. Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, are required. This position reports to the Director Health Benefits and Operations Strategy

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and support reporting requirements.
- Analyze data and create reports to assist in decision-making.
- Identify appropriate data sources, metrics, and reporting tools.
- Ensure data governance compliance and accuracy in reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute business reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with third-party vendors to obtain necessary data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot report discrepancies.
- Automate reporting processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Train staff on database management and reporting best practices.
- Perform medical record collection and data validation.
- Communicate data insights through reports, presentations, and verbal briefings.
- Other possible duties as may be assigned.
