Epic Ambulatory / OCHIN Analyst

  • Job Description: Client is seeking a full-time, fully remote Epic Ambulatory / OCHIN Analyst to assist with the daily support and care/feeding of the OCHIN environment. This includes participation in support queue and serving as a liaison between client and OCHIN.
  • Experience/Requirements:
    • 3-5+ years’ experience supporting Epic Ambulatory; Epic Ambulatory Certification; preference to candidates with experience supporting OCHIN clients
    • Strong customer service experience
    • Experience with ITSM: JIRA
  • Logistics:
    • Start Date: ASAP
    • Duration: 6 month initial
    • Part-Time / Full-Time: FT
    • Travel Requirements: Remote
