Description

Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager with the daily operations of our residential properties. This key role helps ensure tenant satisfaction, uphold property standards, and contribute to the overall success of our property in Chino, CA.

Job Summary: An Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager with daily operations, including tenant communication, lease processing, maintenance coordination, and basic financial reporting. This role helps ensure properties are well-maintained, fully occupied, and operating efficiently.

Reports To: Property Manager & Regional Property Supervisor

Position Type: Full-Time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Locations: Revere St., Chino, CA

Pay rate: $18.00 to $19.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

  • Support tenant relations by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and processing lease renewals
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including scheduling vendors and tracking work completion
  • Assist with leasing by showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure maintenance and quality standards are met
  • Collect rent payments, manage late fees, and assist with collections when necessary
  • Maintain accurate tenant and lease records in the property management system
  • Help prepare financial reports and budgets
  • Provide general administrative support to the Property Manager

Requirements

  • Experience in property management or leasing
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of property management software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
