This key role helps ensure tenant satisfaction, uphold property standards, and contribute to the overall success of our property in Chino, CA.
Job Summary: An Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager with daily operations, including tenant communication, lease processing, maintenance coordination, and basic financial reporting. This role helps ensure properties are well-maintained, fully occupied, and operating efficiently.
Reports To: Property Manager & Regional Property Supervisor
Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Locations: Revere St., Chino, CA
Pay rate: $18.00 to $19.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
- Support tenant relations by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and processing lease renewals
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including scheduling vendors and tracking work completion
- Assist with leasing by showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements
- Conduct property inspections to ensure maintenance and quality standards are met
- Collect rent payments, manage late fees, and assist with collections when necessary
- Maintain accurate tenant and lease records in the property management system
- Help prepare financial reports and budgets
- Provide general administrative support to the Property Manager
- Experience in property management or leasing
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of property management software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
