The Executive Assistant will:
Responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the President and CEO and or vice president. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with professionalism, confidentiality, and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
Requirements:
We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.
The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.

The Executive Assistant will:

Requirements:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience; 4-year degree preferred.
- 5-7 years executive assistant experience.
- Experience working in a hospital system or clinical setting desired.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal skills required to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of internal/external callers, physicians, patients, and visitors.
- Excellent written communication skills needed to compose, type, edit and proofread business correspondence, meeting minutes, and prepare reports.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), cloud storage software, policy management software, payroll software, video conferencing platforms, and Board portal software.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
