SPHS-Finance Administration
The Senior Financial Analyst will:
Under general supervision, engages in all reimbursement and budget functions. These include preparation and maintenance of the Medicare Cost Report, Chapter 160 report, IRIS (Intern Resident Information System) submission, annual operating expense budget, monthly statistics and departmental P&L’s, bi-weekly nursing labor flex analysis, variance analysis, initiative monitoring, and various other projects that may arise.
Requirements:

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.

Requirements:
- Four-year accounting degree is required.
- Two to three years’ experience in a hospital setting is required.
- Familiarity with personal computer software is essential; RAS, Excel (intermediate to advanced skills highly preferred), Word, Power Point, Access, etc.
