Superintendent – Rothwell Construction, Inc.

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, foremen, and self-performed crews
- Maintain project schedules and enforce safety compliance
- Ensure adherence to plans, specs, building codes, and client requirements
- Manage site documentation, change orders, and project closeouts
- Communicate daily with the Senior Project Manager
- 10+ years in commercial construction (supervisory experience required)
- Strong knowledge of building systems and construction disciplines
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and large-scale projects
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- Valid driver’s license; insurable and bondable
- Basic computer skills; project management software familiarity preferred
