This role is critical in aligning sales efforts with market demands while partnering cross-functionally to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales and customer service teams to achieve company growth targets
- Build and execute data-driven annual sales plans
- Contribute to our Long-Range Business Plan with accurate sales forecasting
- Collaborate with Program Management to price parts competitively and develop strategic package deals
- Deliver market insights—fleet movement, utilization, and upcoming maintenance—to support planning
- Partner with Supply Chain to reduce excess inventory and improve stock productivity
- Manage key customer accounts and foster long-term relationships
- Negotiate and manage customer contracts with precision
- Uncover and pursue growth opportunities within the addressable market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership in aerospace or manufacturing
- A proven track record of building successful sales strategies and leading results-driven teams
- Deep knowledge of the aerospace sector and its evolving market landscape
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working across departments in a matrixed organization
