Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events from conception to completion within budget and timeline.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, and transportation.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best services and rates.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract attendees and enhance event visibility.
- Create detailed event itineraries and manage on-site logistics during events.
- Oversee event registration processes, including attendee communication and ticket sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
