Regional Manager

Responsibilities Include

• Pricing Review and Updates
• Market Survey Review
• Month End Review
• Invoice Review
• Financial Review
• Weekly Manager Calls
• Monthly Owner Calls
• Capital Improvement Oversight and Management
• Budget Preparation
• Site Visits
• Resident Complaints
• Service Contract Management
• Perform Employee Evaluations on a quarterly and annual basis
• Lender Communications, including Escrow Management
  
  

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Business Administration preferred
• Required 10 years of Community Manager experience
• Knowledge of and experience with affordable Section 8 housing; HUD processes including REAC, MOR, COS, EIV, and Tracs
• Must be able to work as a team and independently without direct supervision
• Excellent customer service and professionalism is a must
• Experience with Fortress is a plus
• Strong leadership skills required

• Must be willing to travel up to 50%
• Must be willing to drive up to 4 hours one-way
