Provide oversight of Memphis Athletics Fund. Guide strategic direction of all annual revenue planning. Management of the function of the annual fund which includes developing annual fund structure, communications, and marketing plans.

Provide leadership and advocation for women’s sports programs’ external strategy which includes marketing plans, planning and hosting fundraising events, and managing a donor portfolio specifically geared toward generating resources for women’s sports.

Oversight of all donor stewardship and events.

Supervisor for the Director of Athletic Stewardship & Engagement and the Director of Athletic Annual Fund & Letter Winner Relations positions.

Actively work to identify funding needs across the department and sport programs and work alongside financial leadership to develop strategies to acquire necessary resources/funding for sports, projects, etc.

Sport Administrator to assigned sport program.

Other duties as assigned by the Chief Revenue Officer, Athletic Director, and/or Deputy AD related to Memphis Tigers Athletics.

Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years of experience in external relations, marketing, promotions, public relations, communications, or a similar field.
