Our REST Community Wellbeing Hubs are walk in services based in the heart of our communities. They provide 1-2-1 and group-based support to people who are experiencing mental health difficulties in a non-clinical environment.
REST Thetford is looking for a friendly, motivated Café Assistant to join our vibrant on-site team.
At REST Hub Thetford, we provide a warm, safe, and supportive space for people accessing mental wellbeing support. Our café is the heart of this welcoming atmosphere, serving individuals, group facilitators, volunteers, and visitors alike.
What You’ll Do
Prepare hot snacks and drinks with a smile :)
Keep the café area clean, organized, and buzzing with positive energy
Manage stock, sales records, and deliveries
Play a key role in community events, catering, and outreach efforts

- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (training will be provided)
- Experience working in a café, restaurant, or catering environment
- Confidence in operating a café or food service independently
- Experience preparing simple hot snacks and drinks
