Senior Human Resources Generalist (FT, Days)



We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sr. Human Resources Generalist (Recruiter) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department's initiatives and ensuring smooth HR operations. The Sr. Human Resources Generalist primary role will oversee our full-cycle recruiting. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, the candidate should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. In addition, the Sr. Human Resources Generalist will have additional responsibilities. Some responsibilities include: assisting with departmental compliance with facility, legal, and regulatory requirements; conducting New Hire Orientation sessions, preparing new hire/general employee training materials, maintaining compliance with personnel records, assisting with processing personnel actions online, assisting in organizing employee activities and in-services, and other duties as assigned.



This opportunity is a full-time, exempt position at 40 hours per week, and offers full benefits. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. Preferred: Master’s Degree

Licensure/Certifications: Preferred: PHR, SHRM-CP



EXPERIENCE: Required: Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis in Recruiting/Staffing, preferably in a healthcare setting. Preferred: 5-8 Years experience
