The property is located across the street from Delta Center, home of the NBA's Utah Jazz and over 150 events scheduled annually at the 18,000-person arena.

**Qualifications**

• Experience of 2-5 years preferred in commercial or institutional maintenance environment.
• Light carpentry and strong knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
